愛知県名古屋市出身。
大学を卒業後、二十年弱、
何の疑問も抱かず（抱かないようにしていただけかもしれませんが）
ただ生活のためにSEを生業としてきました。
しかし一年前（2012年）、人生観が一変するような個人的な経験をきっかけに、
短い人生の中で自分ができることについて考えはじめました。
恥ずかしながら四十歳を過ぎての自分探しです。
芸大に進学したいとこが二人おり、
もしかしたら自分にも何かを描くDNAのようなものが
備わっているかもしれないと思い始めました。
絵は昔から思ったものを比較的簡単に描けましたが、
それを才能と思ったことはありませんでした。
それから、中学生以来触ったことのなかった画材を揃え、
仕事の合間に描きはじめ現在に至ります。

After graduating from college, for almost two decades unquestioningly (or perhaps trying not to question),
I've been working as a SE just to make a living.
A year ago, in 2012, in the wake of a personal experience that completely changed my outlook on life, however, I began to think about all the possibilities of this short existence. Rather embarrassingly, only past the age of forty did I start to seek myself.
I have two cousins who entered art college,
and I started to think that maybe I too might have something in my DNA for art and drawing.
In the past, I’d always felt that pictures were comparatively easy to draw.
But I never really thought of it as talent.
So one day, I took up the art supplies I hadn’t touched since junior high school, and I’ve been drawing ever since, between my work hours.
