In order that we can provide more satisfactory service to you, we would like to inform you of the change of payment processing date for guests who make room reservations on our website using a credit card.

Please note that the change will take effect on Wednesday, December 21, 2011.

Credit card payment of any reservation booked up to Tuesday, December 20, 2011 will continue to be processed on the day you check out. For reservations from Wednesday, December 21, 2011, your credit card will now be charged and payment processed on the day you make your reservation.

The new change:
1. Effective from: Wednesday, December 21, 2011
2. Payment processing: On the day you make your reservation (on check-out day, previously)
* Processing of payment on the day of the system change (Wednesday, December 21) may vary depending on when the payment system is changed on that day.

Please also be reminded that credit card companies have different automatic bank account debiting dates. You are advised to inquire your credit card company for more information.
