    We are also keeping the luggage of the guests who are planning to check-in again after some days.

    We provide courier service at the front desk on the 15th floor. (We also sell cardboard boxes).
    We accept both cash-on-delivery and advance payments.
    We also accept refrigerated and frozen courier services, so we can deliver souvenirs on the way back from your trip.

    What is the cancellation policy?

    All reservations have a cancellation policy that comes into effect 1-day before your check in date.
    For cancellations made before the penalty period, no cancellation fee will be applied.
    The cancellation fee is applied as follows:

    For cancellations made 1 day before the check-in date, a 20% accomodation fee will be applied.
    On your scheduled check-in day, a 80% accomodation fee will be applied.
    For no show cancellations, a 100% accommodation fee will be applied.

    ・ May differ depending upon your plan.
    ・ For reservations of 15 guests or more, a group cancellation stipulation will be applied.

    Children’s amenities (toothbrush, slippers and diaper bag) will be provided at the front desk.
    We are also able to provide nightwear for co-sleeping children (only 90~100cm size).
    Please let us know though email or your reservation.

    Children above the co-sleeping age will be included as adults in the accommodation fee. There is no separate children’s charge.

    Baby cribs are available to rent for free.
    Please contact us with your reservation dates, name, and number.
    The size is 115 cm long by 70 cm wide.
    For safety reasons, it is limited to children up to 24 months old.
    The stock is limited, so please let us know in advance if you need it.
    This option is not available for Standard Single and Forus A rooms.

    There is a multi-story parking garage on the 1st floor of the hotel.

    Price:
    1,200 JPY (Tax incl.) per night (1 p.m. to 1 p.m. the next day) for our accommodation guests.
    It is 300 JPY for 20 minutes for visitors.

    Vehicle restrictions:
    2 m in height, 2.05 m in width, 5.3 m in length, up to 2,300 kg in weight.

    ※ For security reasons, the entrance gate of the parking lot closes between 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. If you are a hotel guest, please press the intercom next to the entrance gate of the parking lot to enter.
