Imari-style wind bells called “Furin” are exhibited
This year, at Hotel Ryumeikan Tokyo, we will welcome you with Imari-style wind bells called “Furin” which are exhibited at the entrance on the grand floor and the robby on the 15th floor only in the summer.
It is said that wind bells had been hung in front of houses as amulets since ancient times. Because they have been thought to protect people from the wind that brings disasters such as epidemics.
The delicate tone of wind bells heals us like nature sounds such as running water and little birds singing.
